In 2017 I conducted several case studies on commercial growth strategy & recommendations. These included a professional network organisation that was in need to improve member retention and further grow marketshare within the Dutch market. Another one was a renown catering company that wanted reposition itself back to where it once was swimming in a blue ocean vs. competition.
