Launch Commercial Powerhouse – 2013

This was my first direct assignment after joining NH Hotel Group in 2013. Project leader in the design and implementation of the corporate guidelines, for Meeting & Events sales for the company.   In a nutshell, moving from scattered decentralised and inconsistent independent offices to a fully centralised set up in key cities per business unit.

The project project included

  • Commercial and Operational model design
  • Total investment plan
  • Sizing and Staffing requirements
  • Internal & External communication plan
  • IT requirements, software, tools and  processes
  • Transition plan and launch new offices

To generate more impact throughout the entire organisation we created its own internal identity and branding under the name “Commercial Powerhouse”
